Succession Capital purchases medium sized businesses from their owners - often the founders - who are seeking an orderly and tailored exit from their business. We do not purchase companies in order to strip and sell the assets. Our approach is to protect equity and to grow the business as long term owners.

Our Company
Succession Capital was founded by intentionally bringing together a group of experienced business owners with a diverse and complementary set of skills. Each has an excellent record of business and financial management. Individually and collectively, this group has established, acquired, developed or assisted a large number of medium sized companies to achieve strong profits and substantial business growth.

Business Model

Our business model is based on the following attributes:

We are long-term owners of the businesses we invest in.
We use our own capital to fund our investments.
We inject fresh capital into the companies we buy – enabling those companies to create, and take advantage of, growth opportunities.
We back our investments through strong management and financial skills.
We are patient – we do not demand quick fixes or instant returns.
We work closely with the owners of the businesses; to develop and tailor the best possible exit strategy for their needs, and to maintain some ongoing involvement in the business where this is mutually beneficial.
